We enjoyed visiting the Museum of Islamic Art and the Souq Waqif, thanks to the concierge who helped us plan our days. Free WiFi around the property was a nice bonus. The reception staff were super helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a great time with friends.
However, the check-in process was a bit of a mess. We had to wait a while and then experienced confusion regarding our booked rooms, which was frustrating.

Had a lovely stay in the Standard Room. The room had a kitchenette, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. Enjoyed free gym access and the indoor swimming pool was amazing. Housekeeping was super polite. Staff at check-in were great, and the sauna was a nice touch!

The Standard Twin Room was spacious and had a good kitchenette, making it convenient for our family needs. However, communication issues led to delays in room service and parking difficulties during our stay, which was less than ideal.

Check-in took an unexpectedly long time, and unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room fell short of standards with noticeable odors. The reception staff provided inadequate support during my stay, which left me seeking assistance repeatedly.

The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, perfect for relaxation after a long day. Free gym access offers a chance to stay fit while traveling. The proximity to local attractions makes it easy to explore the city.
Check-in can drag on for over 20 minutes, leading to frustration after a long journey. Rooms don’t receive automatic cleaning. you have to request it, which might not suit everyone’s preferences. The hotel system employs a hefty security deposit, and disputes over room damage like blood-stained linens may arise, which could complicate check-out.

We had a very comfortable stay in the Junior Suite at Al Mansour Suites Hotel. The room had enough space for our family and our luggage, which was great. The fridge was decent, making it easy to keep snacks and drinks cold. Plus, the air conditioning worked well, keeping us cool during our stay.
The public WiFi was quite slow.
